We use the most up to date tenancy agreements, which are continually updated with the latest legislation to make sure you are fully covered in the event of a dispute. We are also able to offer specialist agreements such as Company Lettings, Licences and Room only agreements as well as the traditional Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
We can offer a fully bespoke lettings package and prices start from £300 including vat for our managed tenant find service and £354 including vat for our tenant find service.
