Our Let Only service offers an all-inclusive fee for the marketing, viewings if required and the preparation of the legal agreements. We use the most up to date tenancy agreements, which are continually updated with the latest legislation to make sure you are fully covered in the event of a dispute. We are also able to offer specialist agreements such as Company Lettings, Licences and Room only agreements as well as the traditional Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
We can offer a fully bespoke lettings package and prices start from £300 including vat for our managed tenant find service and £354 including vat for our tenant find service.
