A longstanding member of the National Association of Estate Agents, with nearly 30 years of local property experience Adrian has a comprehensive knowledge of the local market. Adrian joined in partnership with Peter Hayward in 2002 and has continued to take the business from strength to strength, building on the superb reputation of the firm locally. Adrian handles sales valuations and negotiations as well as specialist appraisals.
Having graduated with an honours degree in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University in 2009, Will worked for an independent letting agent in Newcastle for 3 years as a negotiator and joined Hayward Tod full time in 2013. Will is responsible for the day to day running of the business and works primarily as a Valuer and Sales negotiator. Will has a good knowledge of both sales and lettings and is happy to advise clients on all associated matters.
Having worked for Hayward Tod since its opening in 1991 Gill has amassed a wealth of property experience with there being very little property related she hasn't seen, making her an invaluable asset to the business. Gill has a prominent client facing role and deals with all aspects of the sales process. Gill also coordinates our print advertising in the likes of the Cumberland News and Cumbria Life.
Sophie joined the team in June 2021 coming from another agency locally and has been involved with property before having assisted Hayward Tod with their print advertising during her time at the Cumberland News. Sophie deals with all aspects of property sales and progression. Sophie is on maternity leave from January 2023 for 12 months.
Julie has worked for Hayward Tod since 2010 and initially started as a receptionist for the sales team. She now heads up the lettings department having gained invaluable experience over the years and has a passion for customer service, aiming to deliver a positive rental experience for both landlords and tenants. Erica joined Hayward Tod in January 2021 and comes to us with over 10 years lettings and property administration experience gained locally. Erica deals primarily with the lettings and maintenance administration, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service to our landlords and tenants.
Elaine carries out the administrative duties for the lettings department and handles client money payments and rent receipts. Her attention to detail and diligence make her especially suited to the role. Since joining Hayward Tod in 2013 Elaine has taken on significant responsibility and is key to the smooth running of the lettings department.
Leah joined Hayward Tod in January 2023 and comes to us from another local agency, so has excellent knowledge of the Carlisle marketplace. Prior to this Leah comes from an extensive career in the hospitality industry meaning that she is a very organised and customer service focused individual. Leah deals with all aspects of the residential sales process but has a primary focus on sales progression.
